Alfred No. 1 also benefits from a valid Boat Safety Certificate until November 2029.
As a project boat, some refurbishment is required, including attention to porthole seals, painting and varnishing, servicing the oven and hob, resolving an air lock in the Reflex stove and refixing the oak panels on the swan hatch. A new starter battery will be fitted and the engine will be running prior to completion.
